Terms and Conditions of Trek A Tribe

1. Booking and Payment

• A booking will be considered confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment.
• The balance amount must be paid as per the payment schedule shared during booking.
• Prices are subject to change based on availability, season, and government taxes.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 30 days or more before the trip: Full refund (after deducting processing fees).
• Cancellations made 15–29 days before the trip: 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 15 days before the trip: No refund.
• In case of natural calamities, strikes, or government restrictions, Trek A Tribe will try to reschedule, but refunds are not guaranteed.

3. Travel Documents

• Travellers must carry valid ID proof (Aadhaar, Passport, Voter ID, etc.).
• Trek A Tribe is not responsible for the denial of services due to invalid documents.

4. Health & Safety

• Travellers must disclose any medical conditions at the time of booking.
• Trek A Tribe is not liable for health issues, accidents, or injuries during the trip.
• Adventure activities (trekking, rafting, etc.) are undertaken at the traveller’s own risk.

5. Itinerary & Services

• Itineraries are subject to change due to weather, road conditions, or unforeseen events.
• Trek A Tribe reserves the right to modify hotels, transport, or activities while maintaining similar quality.

6. Responsibility & Liability

• Trek A Tribe acts as a tour organiser and is not liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by third-party vendors (transport, hotels, etc.).
• Travellers are responsible for their belongings.
• Any misconduct, illegal activity, or violation of rules will lead to termination of the trip without refund.

7. Governing Law

• All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Himachal Pradesh Courts.
